By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Image Examples and Processing Results

Images, before-and-after comparisons, and other visual demonstrations across this website illustrate features and use cases. Some images are AI-generated sharp references, and some are simulated examples, including comparisons created by adding blur, noise, or other degradation, shown only to illustrate detail differences. Simulated examples do not represent actual AI processing results for those images and do not guarantee the results for images you upload.

Actual results depend on factors such as the original image quality, resolution, degree of blur or damage, model used, and processing settings, and may differ from the examples shown. Severe blur may not be recoverable, and improvements to low-resolution images and text details may be limited. AI processing may generate, infer, or alter details and cannot guarantee accurate reconstruction of original people, text, textures, or other missing information.

On the image upscaler page, the original image is a downsampled version. The display is illustrative only and is not an actual processing result.

For the old-photo restoration feature: Images illustrate suitable scenarios, not actual tool results. Severe tears, missing faces and unreadable text cannot be reliably reconstructed. Pro restoration offers optional color restoration. Black-and-white colorization is a separate Photo Colorizer feature, subject to availability. AI-estimated colors may differ from the original scene.

Please keep your original image and review the processed result before downloading, publishing, or using it for other purposes to ensure it meets your needs. For information about refunds, see our Refund Policy.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. To request account closure, open Account Settings and choose Request account closure. This opens a support request for you to review and submit. If you cannot sign in, use the available Contact support option in the footer.

Support must verify your identity and review active subscriptions, unfinished tasks, and the records that need to be retained before confirming the scope and completion of closure. Submitting a request does not immediately close your account, cancel a subscription, issue a refund, or delete all copies of your images. Subscription cancellation remains available in billing settings; refund requests follow our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
