Refund Policy

How failed-task Credit restoration differs from a monetary refund review.

Last updated: 2026-09-09

Credit Restoration Is Not a Cash Refund

Photo processing credits and the money you pay are handled separately. Returning credits increases your account's credit balance; it does not automatically refund a card or wallet payment.

Failed Photo Tasks

If a task cannot start or encounters a technical failure during processing (including a missing image, unsupported output dimensions, or a result that cannot be securely saved and verified), the service automatically restores the consumed Credits when the failure is confirmed. Tasks still processing are not restored in advance. Review the record in Settings → Credits; if restoration is missing after a failure, contact support with the task reference.

Completed Results and Quality Problems

AI image results can vary. Dissatisfaction with a completed result or a preference for the original image does not automatically trigger Credit restoration or qualify for a cash refund. If a result contains a serious identity, anatomy, text, or key-object change, keep the task reference and submit a support ticket for review.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid without receiving the corresponding credits or subscription entitlement, submit a support ticket with the order reference. We will check your payment, order, and credit usage records before making a decision.

Monetary Refund Review

Monetary refund eligibility, method, and timing depend on the payment record, applicable law, and the facts of the request. This page does not promise a fixed approval window or settlement time. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method where supported.

How to Request Review

  1. Open Settings → Payments and copy the relevant order reference.
  2. Use Contact support in the footer, or open Settings → Support Tickets if you can sign in.
  3. Choose a billing, refund, or task-quality topic and include the order or task reference.
  4. Keep the affected task and payment record available until review is complete.

Chargebacks

A payment dispute or chargeback may require us to review or suspend associated credits or subscription entitlements. Historical payment and credit records are retained for reconciliation and legal obligations.
