Image Uploads and Account Access

Your uploaded images are used to complete the processing you choose. Task records, original images, and results saved to an account are accessible only through that account and are not published to a public gallery.

Photo Processing Providers

Photo tasks may be processed by Kie.ai, Fal, Replicate, and the image-processing services they work with. We send only the image and settings needed for the selected task. The third parties providing processing may change as we maintain the service. We do not claim a provider retention period, training policy, or processing region unless that fact has been separately verified and published here.

When processing succeeds, we save a copy of the result for the corresponding account to view and download. Temporary result links supplied by third parties are not used as your permanent download address.

Third-party retention periods, training use and processing regions have not yet been verified. We cannot promise that third parties immediately delete images or never use them for training. If you need those guarantees, contact support before uploading photos of family members, children, identity documents or other sensitive content.

To recover unfinished work, a working copy of a selected photo may be saved in your browser. Removing a photo from the page, closing a tab or deleting a browser copy does not delete an image already sent to a processing service. We have not published a uniform automatic deletion period for saved account tasks and results.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. For deletion of images, tasks or third-party processing copies, use Contact support in the footer with the relevant task ID. Available live chat can be used without signing in; support tickets require an account. Do not upload sensitive originals again in the request. Support needs to verify the request and its scope; submitting a request does not mean all copies have been deleted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
